Biographies: Adrian Young



Adrian Young was born on August 26, 1969 in the state of California. He grew up in Long Beach, not far from Tom Dumont. During his childhood, Adrian found a love for punk and ska. Some of his influences include The Police, Bob Marley, The Doors, and many more. Before he became the drummer for No Doubt, Adrian was a fan. When the original drummer of the band, Chris Webb, left, Adrian tried out. Although he had only been playing for a few years, Adrian said that he was very skilled, having played for 6 years. Obviously, Adrian was talented. He got the job and has been playing with the band ever since. He even toured with the Vandals. Adrian proposed to his long time girlfriend, Nina, at a concert in San Francisco. They are now married and live in a beautiful house on a golf course in Los Angeles, with their first child born on february 9th, 2002.
